| If you are seeing "Out of Sync" errors, try positioning the antenna on the receiver to a different position. Place the device behind your back for 30 seconds and monitor the test to see if you are still seeing "Out of Sync" errors or numerous "null Symbols." If so, please contact Customer Service for additional troubleshooting. |
