1. Your registered users are entitled to received all the benefits of Support plan that was included with the system purchase. (If you need to know what the length of your initial support plan, contact JTECH Medical Customer service department).

Software Maintenance includes the following features:

• Update at your leisure by conveniently downloading new software revisions* from the Web.

• Purchase an upgrade for your Tracker software or hardware and get a 5% discount.

• Access to pre-recorded online training sessions 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

• One-on-one Web-based training when online courses aren't sufficient.

• Unlimited access to knowledgeable support staff for Tracker questions.

2. An extended service contract may be purchased to provide you with unlimited assistance after your support period expires. Please contact JTECH Medical Customer Service for more information on Extended Service Plans.
