If you are experiencing problems with your JTECH equipment, often times the problems can be resolved over the phone by contacting our world-class customer service team. In the event that the problem cannot be resolved over the phone and a return is deemed necessary, you will need to do the following... 1. Receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from the Customer Service Rep. Important Notice: JTECH will not accept any products without a JTECH issued RMA number. |
