If you are experiencing problems with your JTECH equipment, often times the problems can be resolved over the phone by contacting our world-class customer service team.  In the event that the problem cannot be resolved over the phone and a return is deemed necessary, you will need to do the following...

1. Receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from the Customer Service Rep.
2. Return the Tracker component (including all accessories) postage paid and insured to JTECH Medical. JTECH Medical is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.
3. Submit original date and proof of purchase.
4. Include a brief explanation of the problem.

Important Notice: JTECH will not accept any products without a JTECH issued RMA number.
