When the "Create Report" button is pressed, the JobSite software does not respond.  The user is not prompted to save a report file, no error message is given and the program remains responsive to input. 

The record being accessed contains an illegal character (such as "\" or "/") which the software cannot process.

1) Navigate through the software to the appropriate record

2) Modify the record to remove the illegal character

3) Attempt the operation again
