When using a CMS-1500 (formerly HCFA-1500) form, section 24 column G requires days or units to be entered for procedures, services or supplies billed. Units in relation to JTECH systems depend on the CPT code used and can refer to the number of tests, the number of areas, or the amount of time in 15 minute increments the testing procedures required to complete.
