Please contact JTECH Support. You may contact customer suport at (800-985-8324 Opt. 4) . Please be ready to give us the JTECH Serial Number or SN: number from the label on the device. We may also need you to fax or email us a copy of the original invoice from your purchase, in order to determine the Warranty status of the C.A.T. (Chiropractic Adjusting Tool).
